10. Shipping & Delivery

• Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery
• Delivery timeframes may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing and regulatory delays.

11. Returns & Refunds (Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Repairs or replacements for minor issues

We offer returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
