We offer both standard and express shipping options within Australia. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout prior to completing your order.

All delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to courier delays, supply chain disruptions, or regulatory processes.

 

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days where stock is available. In some cases, processing times may be extended due to stock availability, high order volumes, or other factors outside our control. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the carrier and may be subject to delays outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the courier directly first. If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact us for assistance.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@valasta.com.au within a reasonable timeframe and provide photos of the damaged item. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with our Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries, including New Zealand, Germany & Singapore   

Delivery timeframes for international orders are estimates only and may vary significantly depending on destination, customs processing, and local courier services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with all local laws and regulations in the destination country.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges resulting from customs processing, import restrictions, or regulatory requirements.

If an order is refused, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities, we are not responsible for issuing a refund unless the item is returned to us.
